Complicité

Complicité was supported to deliver Mudlarks, a one-week pilot training programme in devised theatre for theatre makers aged 18-29, aimed particularly at young people from low socioeconomic backgrounds or who have faced other barriers to traditional models of theatre training. Participants were introduced to a wide range of techniques, exercises and ideas, including ensemble building games, chorus work, the use of sound, movement rooted in the work of Jacques Lecoq and autobiographical devising.
